I would just like to wish a happy Birthday to the United States of America. In 1776 the founding fathers of my country decided that it was time to breakaway from an oppressive government 3000 miles away. and for better or worse that revolution has affected the world in many profound ways. |

The beginning of the end for the Brits
But it also brought one of the greatest nations on earth. And do you know why?

Technically it isn't the fourth yet for us here in California but my town apparently didn't get the memo and is celebrating on the 3rd.
It truly is a retarded situation. The town holds an expensive fireworks display on the 3rd so it doesn't have to compete with Santa Rosa's on the 4th. Therefore we waste hudreds of thousands of dollars for a fireworks show that we know is just going to be shown up by the larger and by far better show tomorrow in Santa Rosa.
Maybe I am just bitter cause I had to make pizza for some dumbasses who were too lazy to have a proper barbecue.
Happy early birthday America!
