After a lackluster race for the first three stages, Hagen redeemed himself to some extent by winning Stage 4 from the breakaway. Phinney extended his lead in the GC by taking second place from the pack while Keizer lost more ground as he was dropped from the lead group. The Top 12 are still separated by less than 2 minutes and things can change very fast on a stage like this. Now let's see how the stage unfolds.
