Hi
A couple of times when i ownload stuff it says i,m not the Administrator ? how do i change this

Thats to do with the user you are signed in as on your computer. You need to log in as the Admin and change your account's privilages, or install items as the Admin before using on your account.

But i'm the only one that ever uses this computer, and as never been set up for anyone else

Then i think (someone else im sure will help) you can right click on the program you are trying to run (i presume an installation?) and tick a box somewhere in properties that says run as Administator. That sorts it out often enough.
