PCM 2020 Career mode suggestions

Hello, I would like to start a new PCM career but I have no idea which team should I pick. I finished a month ago a career with trek until 2023 but it had become boring.
Any team suggestions, I`m ok with customs teams too.
Btw, I`m using WorldDB from steam Smile

Start with the weakest CT team, that should keep you occupied for longer. But note that the promotion from PCT to WT is a bit cumbersome - even impossible if you don't change sponsors. I've written about it here:
