Had a crash a few days ago.
Reinstalled everything (well all necessary stuff). Now I can't get cyclist viewer to work.
THis is the error that I get:

Ideas?

I discovered the solution on my own!

So here is the clue, which may be helpful for others:

The *real* *issue* which leads to badly installation of SetPoint400 (and 440) concerns somehow failed existing installation in the system of >Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package !!!

For me, it was *really* enough to apply (install):
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
