Started following pro cycling late 2017 more closely and have not looked back since. Few months ago I bought myself my first ever Pro Cycling Manager game. Riding my 3rd season now and reached World Tour finally as a puncheur.
I do have some questions over how does the task differ from one another. If someone could point me in for a thread or write a short answer I would be grateful. Im playing as a default level so no hard AI for me at the first try.
I do already have 16 victories over 2,5 seasons and I think I am learning all the time. But now since I managed to secure a WT spot the monuments and GT races are coming up soon. I do sometimes mess up my sprint and last attack because I have no idea when to launch. Timing seems to be crucial. I can set up sprint trains and get into breakaways (if the peloton will let me). Thanks already in advance.
Learning by doing. We have a Tips and tricks section section (check the menu on the left) with tactics for all terrains. They are all a bit outdated by now, but they should give you some ideas to try. Partly it's also a question of how you approach the game. If you learn all the ins and outs it can get too easy, in my most recent careers I left the riders in control of the AI and just watched without interfering (at least, not much). Also, if you do well in transfers, race tactics become less important.
Now I am a First time player~
