And it remembers the last column you sorted by, so for example, sort by interest first and then by AVG and you'll quickly see which AVG 75 riders are most interested in signing with your team. Or sort by AVG and then age and you'll see the best riders per age next to each other. One thing, though, is the riders which won't appear on the list, riders which require no points to sign. Once you have a WT team that includes some really interesting young riders. For that, I use the old search and shortlist function.
