Is there a way to know sponsors early?

I like to switch sponsors every year to get variety. The problem is that there's often a disconnect between the riders I am recruiting, which I start targeting in the spring, and the offered sponsors, which I only get to know on the last day of July.

So: is there an in-game way of knowing which are the two sponsors that might be interested early so that I can better align them with rider choices? I know the answer is probably no but I might be overlooking something.
