Problem with latest patch

Hello guys,

In a spur of nostalgia, I have decided to buy on EBAY a copy of PCM 2010.

The game looks ok but I wanted to replicate exactly the game I remembered playing by installing the patch 1.0.4.1.

The download link on this website is the only one still Working (thanks a lot) but due to library problems I cannot start the game at all with the patch installed.

Any suggestion? Has anyone faced a similar issue?

If you have other version, write me and we'll select something else.
Let's save the history of PCM together!

Just write me a PM if you have something for old PCM Editions (from 2005 to 2014) - databases, stages, shirts etc. and we'll share it.
