Problems with the game?

The game worked well when I first bought it, but after I installed the patch, it stops quite often when I play the 3D race. The surroundings are full (spectators, towns etc) but that was the default settings so I don't understand why it stops now. Here are the specifications:

Intel Core 2 Quad
3072 DDR2 RAM
Vidia GeForce 8600GS

Is my computer good enough?

The new patch has been creating more problems than before Frown

Lower the graphics settings to the minimum, if that doesn't work, re-install

If it doesn't work, will they fix it with the next patch that comes out?

Did you try playing with the official database to see if the problem is also there? Some crashes may be caused by custom databases.

From what you've said I think it's the patch who causes the problems. I've hear of several poeple whos game crashes about 50% of the times while playing after it was installed.
