How to spend on salaries more than sposnor budget allows?

Hi,

Is it possible to exceed the monthly salaries limit set by sponsor budget?

My bank account is 3M (I saved a lot of money by winning prizes in previous seasons), so I have a lot of money to exceed the salaries budget for next season, but I can't hire for next season more cyclists contracts than the sponsor monthly budget allows. During signing new contracts, when I reach the budget limit, I don't see option to Sign in the message, where cyclist agrees to join me.

The answer is no, basically, no matter how many millions you have lying around. The millions come from race income which the game does not account for. Learn to live with the limit, hire more young riders and give them 3-year contracts.

Not in PCM 20, the staff salaries now count towards the available budget. Unless the coach contracts are running out at the end of the season, so don't extend them until you are done with signing riders. Pro tip: Hire new coaches in December, not January. New coaches always get a 2-year deal, if you sign them in December, it's just 13 months, so their contracts are running out when you are in the next transfer period. But be very careful in the CT, where you earn very little race income.

I usually sack all staff on august 1, then rehire them a day later, after I have signed all contracts with riders.
