Database PCM 2020 to 2018

Hello my friends and cycling lovers.

I have PCM 2020 and 2018, but my friends only have 2018 version.
We have a 2020 data base from workshop to the pcm2018 but its a little outdated and i want to copy the database from pcm2020 to pcm2018, maybe with a little buff on riders like pogacar.

How can i do that?

Hey! I also have pcm2018 and want to play with an updated version of the 2020db.
i dont know if this only happens to me, but when i play a game with this DB, cyclist and team names always appear with caps locked. Also, in 3d, most teams dont have the bikes, the cyllists levitate through the road...
I dont know anything about databases and that stuff.. maybe the best way to update the db is to somehow use the Default DB that comes with the PCM2018 game and try to do all the transfers, buff the stats of some riders and update the jerseys
maybe if you already have an updated db from pcm2020 its easier to copy it and paste it on pcm2018, but i have no clue
I think we should ask for help on some youtubers discord, maybe they know how to do it (mayble timmsoski, benji naesen or blackwar)
anyway, i would be happy to help you in any way possible, eventhough as i said before i have no clue about computers and that stuff
