Simulating races breakaway never wins

Under 23 Posts: 72 Joined: 31-03-2020 PCM$: 200.00	hi is there a way to make sure that breakaway wins some grand tour mountain stages in 2nd and 3rd week? like they win if you play 3d race but if you simulate gc specialist always win. and riders like pinot have 4 stage wins per gt which is annoyingly unrealistic. I imagine its probably something in sulimulation xml fules but have no idea what to do with them.
