I don't understand how the amount of riders per nation in the world championships is decided in this game. a few teams have 8, some 7 , some 6 and every number untill 1.

Are these numbers and teams static or do they change with time? And could I qualify with a weak nation that has never entered before, by winning a lot of teamraces with a rider of that nation?

If not mistaken, it's static.

It's in the OfficalDatabase. The national teams that can take part in WCs are set, as is the number of riders that can ride.

The number of riders are set in stone and not connected to the nations rankings. They are also different from real life, so you have to edit the database.
