What are the differences with the new patch do and will there be more?

When I started the game now, it asked me if I wanted to install 1.0.2.3 patch and I did. What are the differences? Will there be more patches? Should I wait with the career aspect of the game until all patches are released or "can" I start one now?

At the end of the installation, you should see a change log. This indicates all the things which have been fixed, and some of these have an impact on career playing, e.g. talent progres.

You can start a career now. After installing a patch, you can also continue your career, but all changes won't have an effect on your career until you start a new one. For the same reason, I never really start a serious career until I know that we won't see more patches (typically in September/October).

I have to say I really liked the changes, especially in the attributes department. They matched very well with what happened in the Tour. One question though, why is Cadel Evans' mountain ranking still at 82? Shouldn't it be a couple of points lower?

And another thing, why is Stefan Schumacher's TT ranking at 77? I think it should be around 80.

Cyanide's official db is always horribly wrong. Best thing you can do is to download a db with better stats.
