Daily form, objective does not count

I am playing the Career mode and set my objective on 1.1. Among them is TdF and when I start the tour, have fitness peak, but dont get plus one to Race Day Condition for having TdF as an objective. I even had a minus one in the objective row. How does the Objective work? Sometimes it awards plus one, sometimes zero or even minus one..

Any help appreciated.
