Who can create german stages? Payment possible

Dear Community,
would it be possible to create 3 German classics and a round trip with 5 stages in less than 2 weeks for me) These are earlier traditional German races.
Sachsen-Tour International 2.1
Rund um die Nürnberger Altstadt 1.1
Neuseen Classics (Leipzig) 1.2
Rund um Düren 1.2

What is gpx? I´ve got PCM 19 and current Lachi Editor.
Highest priority have the following old german abandoned races:
Sachsen-Tour International (2.HC) ~ 5 Stages
Int. Hessen-Rundfahrt (2.1) ~ 5 Stages (1 timetrial included)
Rund um die Nürnberger Altstadt (1.1)
Rund um Berlin (1.HC)

the gpx are the files with the parcours for create the stages, without this is impossible |

To explain this a bit more.
We can off course only create a stage/race if we got a map showing the route, from there we plot the route into a "rute planner webside" to create and download the file called a gpx file.
Most races have a homepage showing the route or even the option to directly download the "file", but these old race do not and there is no map at procyclingstats.com, so even if we got all the time in the world we could not help you.

thank you for respond. I´ve never done it before. I dont know how to do it wiith gpx...
You know the german province Saxonia and Hesse. You know Berlin and Nuremberg, so what is the problem? You can do it by yourself as you wish. I have no preferences.
All of you know the races from the past UCI calendar.
For Berlin I have the only wish that it go through Brandenburger Gate.

I don't want to do it, I just create whatever I need for myself, the daily DB team or the MG, not from a single user request that most likely will only be raced by one user.
Was just trying to explain what the process is.
