Belarusian National Road Race Championship Cuban National Road Race Championship Mexican National Road Race Championship Romanian National Road Race Championship
Belarus, Cuba and Romania lack the mountains to host a climbing NC, but Mexico came to the rescue and invited them to participate in their national championship.
Koshevoy is the best climber in Belarus on paper, but has to beat Bazhkou, Riabushenko and Zhyhunou on the road.
Cuba is home to three Minions: Kevin, Stuart and Bob. Oh I might be confused with the movie. Bru, Marcos and Martinez are the three names.
For Mexico, De Luna and Lemus Davila are the only contenders in the Mexican race. The gaps are filled with Mexican amateurs.
Finally, Romania flies in three riders who all like climbing: Nitu, Stancu and Tvetcov.
The sole leading amateur is caught at the top of the penultimate climb by a group of seven. Bazhkou and Koshevoy for Belarus, Marcos and Martinez for Cuba, De Luna for Mexico and Nitu and Tvetcov for Romania. The other professionals are minutes behind already, meaning De Luna is looking good for the Mexican title.
Tvetcov attacks with four kilometer to go in a bid for the overall win. In essence he only has to beat Nitu for the Romanian title, but a bit of extra glory is always welcome.
Inside the final kilometer and he still leads by 20 seconds. Marcos has been dropped so the Cuban title will go the Martinez, only the Belarusian is still up for grabs.
Confirmation of Serghei Tvetcov crossing the line to win his second Romanian RR title! Nitu finished second which is quite literally the first loser here.
Third place in the race goes to Yasmani Martinez who claims back the Cuban jersey. Fourth place is for Stanislau Bazhkou, winning his first Belarusian Championship. The ISA riders Flavio De Luna and Koshevoy finish fifth and sixth, the former winning the Mexican Championship and the latter nothing.

Despite the countries having the appropriate terrain for a flat time trial, they ride this race together as well because of convenience.
The Cuban Championship powered by Minions is won by Yasmani Martinez unsurprisingly. The reigning champion for the past few years beats Marcos and Bru by six and ten minutes respectively.
Another double champion in Romania as Serghei Tvetcov is the fastest from his country, with Nitu second at three and a half minutes. Tvetcov is a few seconds slower than Cuban champion Martinez though.
Flavio De Luna makes it three out of three with double champions. He beats Lemus Davila by 2'43 to take the Mexican double, and also leads overall by 41 seconds over Martinez.
Stanislau Bazhkou completes the quartet of doubles. The overall title is also his, by three seconds over De Luna, but more importantly he beats Koshevoy by 2'21 for the Belarusian jersey.
