So i havn´t played the game for some seasons, and I just bought the game again.
I have totally forgotten that I hated all the planning that it requires in the carrier mode.

I can see that there is an assistent in the game now, is he any good?

I don´t need the best planning, but just one that works. So what to do?
Can i just rely on the assistent to do the job and do nothing myself, and just enjoy the races, or what do I have to do?

I completely rely on the assistent, I just check on the tiredness a couple of times.

I rely on assistent, but beware that assistant usually chooses your top cyclists/to form cyclosts.

That can make some riders with very few race days and that coupled with the morale system (and it's impact on performance) can be bad for those riders that you plan to have on form later in the season.

So my advice is, do not only check tiredness but also check days effectively raced and scheduled race days.

If not, you might endup with a rider complaining that he doesn't put his number for a while and start becoming upset.
