No button to Shortlist or am I blind?

Under 23 Posts: 82 Joined: 12-08-2008 PCM$: 200.00	So, as the title states, is there no way to quickly and easy get a cyclist onto the Shortlist while looking at the profile? Or am I just missing something? They seem to have done some improvements to the overall user interface but there are still some baffling choices and a lot of unnecessary clicking.

Under 23 Posts: 72 Joined: 05-04-2018 PCM$: 200.00	While looking at profile, i believe no. But on a list, Like a team list right click will pop an option to do it
