No button to Shortlist or am I blind?

So, as the title states, is there no way to quickly and easy get a cyclist onto the Shortlist while looking at the profile? Or am I just missing something? They seem to have done some improvements to the overall user interface but there are still some baffling choices and a lot of unnecessary clicking.

While looking at profile, i believe no.

But on a list, Like a team list right click will pop an option to do it

Thanks, it does the job, but it's a weird decision not to have one on the rider profile.

Agreed.

But the interface of PCM isn't hte most friendly in all simulation manager games i've played (PCM, FM, GrandPrix Manager, Formula 1)
