How do you create your own cycling team from scratch?

Okay, does anyone have detailed instructions as to how to create my own team from scratch, now that I have, albeit badly created a jersey (thanks goes to Smoothie).

I did it for Barloworld using Hannes Convertor, so it can be done. I even switched the team's goals for the season

cool, i actually used the editor that comes with it, cos pcm kicker was screwing up. i deleted CSF group navigare because they didnt sign up to the biological passports. And replaced it with JACK WILLS - JAFFER ENTERPRISES - EBAY  .
