help with the racing category in the editor

Hello, I want to edit the races with the Database Editor. For example: Norway Tour, I change the category to UCI, but there are no runners like Froome, Alaphilippe or Roglic, only runners below 74 stats go and I want to change the relevance of some competitions, someone knows how to make a more important race in career mode? not creating Startlist for one day race mode. Thank you
