Not sure it's a bug or it's game coded, but in one of my career happened these odd results in national championships:

The db used is the PCMdaily...

Is it that riders that are free can't join the nationals championships a situation resulting from game code or was something with the db?

I checked and those are the Chilean riders in db, with the only 2 participating being in teams:

Can someone explain this?
