Cyclist viewer manual?

Having a tough time understanding the cyclist viewer.
Anyone got a manual (or something)

How do you, for instance, rotate the view?

All I see is this:

When I hit the arrow keys (is that the correct term?) the cyclist rotates, but around a way to big axis, after a while he rotates out of the frame...

Same way as PCM, Alt and mouse.
