How many teams are promoted from the Continental tour and relegated from the ProTour? I can't find it in the manual.

is it better than in 07?

in '07 you could be promoted to the ProTour but still not be respected as a PT team and have a hard time increasing budget and getting riders??

Yeah in earlier versions of the 07 version there was something wrong and yoru budget would barely increase upon reaching the PT. This year it increases a lot more. Of course, sponsors are naturally worried that you're going to get relegated so they keep the number down, but if you succeed in staying up the first year (so make sure you focus almost only on PT races) that budget will sky rocket the next season.

My Barloworld budget went up at least 1.5M when I hit PT in 09. In the 07 version I took Maxbo Bianchi to the PT and by 2010 had a budget of 8M euros.
