Any advice would be great just completed my first ever season with Barloworld and did ok results wise but just missed out on promotion. Now it is close season i need to strengthen my riders especially as Soler and Hunter rejected my contract offers which is a big loss, i am finding it hard to bring in the more talented riders (they are interested) but they reject my contract, so any tips on attracting players would be great.

My main issue is that i was going to get Enrico Gasparotto to sign as absolute leader in january but he is attracting bigger teams and i have offers of 2.8m euros for him from the likes of Colombia should i accept and use the money for new equipment and staff. Advice would be great my financial situation is that i have a balance of 3m euros around 700k to spend on transfers and 22k left for salaries

sell him for that and try to sign a few younger riders to give yourself a bigger squad. look for riders who have an average stats rating of between 69 to 72 who will improve as they get older. Use the money to get top trainers

Agree with tate,

If you've lost both Soler and Hunter already you're probably best off building for the future.

thanks for the help, i will take the money and improve my trainers and get some more youth, and that topic on young talents is a good one Smile

I Can´t seem to get a sponsor with barlworld in my 1st season, i need help, do you now whats wrong, i aske for sponsr in 8 of january.
