How do you stay committed to a save

I’m pcm 19 I found myself starting a new save wether it be pro cyclist or career and I’d tell myself I’ll stick to it but then I’d quit and start another save and that cycle would happen over and over again, I need tips on how to stick to a save, I have had some success however as I have gotten far in a few saves but not many, anyone got any tips?

I did the same thing with a couple of Pro Cyclists and then I stopped and asked myself: why do I want to quit on this time and time again? What would make me not want to quit? And I realised that I needed a balanced rider to stay interested throughout the season (as opposed to a climber for instance or another specialist). And I needed to start the game with a strong team to get a natural progression season after season (allowing the save to progress) from team-mate (1st half of 1st season) to free role (2nd half of 1st season) to leader (2nd season). And then going back to a mix of free role/leader with a better team (3rd season). So I started with Cofidis and joined FDJ after two seasons with Cofidis. So. TL.DR: Make sure there's enough progression in the save to keep things interesting.

Also, picking the attributes that make for the best gameplay experience for you personally rather than the ones that make for the best rider.
