SALARY Budget in Fast editor

I have edited SOLDE of The team with the Fast Editor. Everything was ok, but when June 21st arrives, my SALARY budget, not The general that is all time in The bottom of The game, is not corrrelated with the edited SOLDE.

Any idea about to modify my salaries budget??
