I m back on PCM after Cycling manager 2008 , with PCM 2015
I would like to recruit a few free transfers , at the beginning of my career. Notably Ignatiev.
Even for them I have to wait until June to make an offer ? |

I plan to take armée de terre
Any advice on how I should spend my money ?
How many coaches and scouts and doctors I can afford ?
I d ideally spend in a good academy.
I will try to have low objectives and low budget since I don't manage to win for now .
Is there any maximum amount of riders I can have ?
Then next year try to get some talent and a few jobless riders.
What I want to avoid is to spend too much to not be bankrupt
I will also keep the training by default ; can't be bothered until I reach the world tour |
