Adding a new National Championship

Hi all,

I've created a route and jersey for the icelandic national championship, as it wasn't previously in the game.

The problem I'm having is that I cannot get my rider (Pro-cyclist mode) invited to the race, despite the rider being icelandic. On my Calendar page, the race is perfectly visible but the State is Refused. I have tried setting my team's participation to forced in Lachi's editor and it is still refused. I have also tried setting the status to forced in Dyn-cyclist, and this also didn't work.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong??
