3D mode - XML files

HI,
I have found little information about xml files in the forum.
I understand that these files are used to decide the result in simulation mode.
But is there any parameter where 3d mode events can be interfered with?
I also understand that in 3D mode the strategy of uncontrolled cyclists is "AI" for all of them, is it not possible to change the strategy of the teams controlled by the game?


I want to be able to change the tactics of various teams in 3D mode, and influence the development of the stage. More attacks, more possibilities for escape ...

Been playing the game and following this forum for a long time - have never seen anything that would allow you to change the behavior of the game in 3D mode.

Yeah, increasing the crash fequency might cause a bit more mayhem, but that's about it.
