I try making some training program, but without succes.
I was thinking, if somebody have creating some good training program. We could upload it, and share it here.

And please remember to put some info about the program, what its main target is.

just tell me which rider it is about, where you want to peak him and I could create one for you if you want, it's only a 5 minutes job Wink
