I am now starting a small story with Silence Lotto with main focus on The tour de france 08.
I dont plan to use an enoumous amount of time on this story so the updates wont be huge and probably not a lot of pictures either.
It will be quite different from the incredible Euskatel story.
The first update will be a recap of the first part of the season where a determined Cadel Evans started his preparation for the 08 Tour. |

Yeah ok, then its allright, from the picture you can already see who will fight for the Tour 08 overall victory
The updates from the Tour wont be super good because ive already played most of the stages, and I didnt decide to do this story before today.
But the first real update will be coming soon |

Silence Lotto 2008
2008 will be a big year for Silence Lotto. This seaon our main target will be the Tour De France 2008 where we for the first
time will support Cadel Evans 100% for the Tour victory. Cadel will prepare all season for the tour and we are confident that
he can be crowned the champion in Paris. Other strong peformances will be expected from Leif Hoste in Vlaanderen and in
Paris - Roubaix. Robbie McEwen will also be hoping to peform well in Milan-San Remo and in the Tour.
Silence Lotto would also remind the team, riders and spectators that there is a absolute zero tolerance to doping practises,
in this team and in cycling general. Silence Lotto will continue to support the fight against doping and will be not be hiring
any riders who have had problems with following the rules.
An interview with Cadel Evans
Cadel, what are your hopes and expectations for 2008?
C.E: Well, this year i hope to win the tour, I have gradually become better the last few years, and after being so close last
year I hope to peform even better this year, expecially in the time trials.
Who will be your biggest opponent this year?
C.E: Of course Astana will be really strong, I think they along with CSC have the strongest team. But we snatched Popovych
from Astana so he will definantly be a great super domestique for me in the mountains. Also I think we will finally see
Valverde challening for the win this year.
How do you think the doing scandals have affected the tour the last few years?
C.E: Well its definantly been a negative experience for all of us, but I think ASO are doing a great job in the fight against
doping, and I really think we will see a cleaner tour this year.
Cadel Evans(31) hopes to win the tour. |

Actually he got really annoyed at the reporter for stepping on his dog. His laywers won a case that any mention of his dog should be ommited from articles and such so he couldn't mention it |
