The race heads into an important day in the GC fight, as the riders face the prospect of tackling Takaka Hill at the end of today's stage. Keough leads the GC courtesy his 2nd place yesterday and the referees awarding a split after the first ten riders. The likes of Eastman, Kiserlovski and Vinhas will be hoping to have good climbing legs and reach the summit first today.
