If anybody has a spare €25,000 wage cap laying around I would be able to offer up €100,000 compensation for bringing Olei up to level 3 for me.

He is already 2.41xp, Avenir Eligible and brings along a rather sexy looking San Marino NC with him.

I think this could be done in any division due to how few race days it would take to get him levelled up.
