We're at that stage now where you are probably getting fed up waiting 24 hours to be overbid 5K on a steady 2nd-string sprinter/lead-out type; there are potentially days of that still to suffer through. Time now to consider securing yourself some piece of mind!.

Saulo Lay is well suited as a lead-out in PT or PCT, or a sprint lead in his own right in CT (just check the stats of some of the sprinters hoovering up ranking points in CT last year for comparison!). Riding for himself he demonstrated his reliability when given the right race planning at last seasons Tour of Eritrea with 2nd, 7th and 4th on the 3 sprint stages (5th in points compeititon overall). Historically he served his apprenticeship as a maxed out rider as part of the lead-out train for John Degenkolb, so is also well versed in positioning sprint gods ready to launch them to victory!

Willing now to accept a minimum fee cash offer for Saulo as mandated by the MGUCI (75K).
Also would consider a rider swap for a rider with similar wage +/- a wee bit, as I have some lee-way (no interest in sprinters now, any other rider type would be considered). Even a 50K dude might pique my interest if he is a decent TT or cobbled domestique.
