I wonder if it is possible to add riders with the editor I got when I bought PCM? If so, how do I do it? |

I don't have the game, but I believe the only thing you can do is take a free agent and change his name, age, nationality, stats, etc. |

With the Official Editor you get with the game, you can only edit names, stats, teams, d.o.b's, etc.
If you want to add riders you have to use the Advanced Editor by Eylfour, or you could overwrite an existing rider, but I don't like that

Neither do I
But how do I use the advanced editor? What do I write in "database in", "folder out" and "folder in", "database out"? |

Okay, I understood what i should write, but now what? I have lots of files in C:\Exports\Database. How do I do something with that, and how do I add riders? |

MrContador, I'd advice you to just replace existing riders. It's much easier, especially for "beginners" like you. The advanced editor is for more advanced players (no offence, of course). |

No offence taken
Okay, then I'll have to wait for PCM Fusion DB, with all the new riders.

Or you could just start by overwriting the doped bastards such as Duenas, Piepoli, Beltran, Ricco etc. |

I don't like doing that either
I have to add new lines to databases, I get urges. I edit way more than I play, haven't played PCM (non-online) in 2 months, due to fiddling with databases...
I don't know why I buy PCM to be honest, I never play it, I just fiddle. Then when i get down to play, I stop before we hit February because I get more urges to add stuff to/edit the database

I only got 1 career past 1 season, but several half season and just started. Funnier to work on databases |

I completely agree. The aspects of adjustments are just a little better than the actual game; every single ability has to be thought through
I played like half a season before the TDF. Now i simply have to start all over due to my addiction of editing
Therefore i won't start a new career before the creation of a save game editor. |

I rarely make a long career but I got one in 2013 now.
but back on subject; I always overwrite a rider and it always works great.
