so i've bought the game, and have it installed in trondheim where i live. now i got home to my parents in lofoten for a vacation of 3 weeks and i'd like to install pcm08 here aswell and continue to play on my savegame. however i dont seem to find where to just download the game without buying it again. on the cyanide site they dont want me to download it before i buy it. |

I never got an e-mail unfortunately. I read that my ISP(Telenet) was blocking e-mails from them so i sent a mail with my order number and an alternative e-mail address so they could send me a download link. It has been over a week now and no response. |

It sounds like you have done the right thing, but just to make sure: Did you send the mail to ? How long have you waited? |

I have sent another mail on a different e-mail account and i got an automated response almost immediately. I answered that mail and provided them with the details to send me a download link.
It seems my ISP is blocking incoming as well as outgoing mails from them for some reason. The problem shoud be solved now.
