Going into the season it is most likely that the core of the squad stays the same. We are very happy with our team, but we'll continue to look for improvements. If certain plans work out in offseason, we are likely to be open to trade one of our big guns. But that is a big if.
Instead, we will have loads of great wage/reward riders. As the analytics of low wage high reward riders have always been key to our success, we would create plenty of room for a new intake. Last year riders like Bazhkou or Brändle have turned out to be absolute bloomers for their new teams, and continued to impress at their new teams scoring in the highest percentiles of points/wage ratio. Riders like Faiers, Pernsteiner, Jaramillo or Kratochvila are top of their class in these relations, and depending on the offers may be open for a team change in 2019.

Simon Spilak will most likely be on the market! Get your hands on the rider that with PCM18 may be the "best climber in the game" according to probably the best manager in the game.
We are into transfer talks on several ends, but want to highlight that Thomas Faiers and Simon Spilak are the ones with the most urgent talks atm. If you want a shot, get on the phone straight away, preferrably via Skype.

For Spilak we had several interesting offers. We'd look forward to big cash offers or offers including either cash + big time talents or cash + tradeable assets.
Faiers will leave. We are looking at offers towards 1.000.000. Numbers are growing at the moment.
For Ricco and Kamberaj there are decent offers that we are considering. Laas also has had good interest so far.
Spilak is almost surely on the last call. Any interest that has not sufficiently been raised needs to be discussed TODAY.
Faiers will be sold most definitely. We have offers of 600k+ for him.
For Laas we'd listen to offers of 250k upwards from now on. He is a stellar wage/reward ratio rider, but would suffer under potential restructuring.
Surprisingly we had few inquiries about Jaramillo and Pernsteiner yet, which are true bargains at their stats/wage ratio. Both have the quality to be long lasting value riders on a team that everybody would want. The combination of stats, especially the pretty unique Mountain/Hill (+ACC for Jaramillo and Laas) combinations are tough to find in the game on that wage elsewhere.
Kratochvila, Kalaba, Rumac and Korosec may only leave for very good offers now. Pavlic and Groselj would potentially leave for a solid offer to create needed space in the office.
We are still awaiting offers for our big time PointsPerWage-Riders Jaramillo, Pernsteiner and Laas. Let history reproduce and get your 2019 versions of the successful Isostar-alumni like Bazhkou, Navardauskas, Brändle and Pibernik for yourself! Just ask their managers about the quality of their Isostar-factory products and whether they were worth it
With Groselj and Pavlic we have two young versatile domestiques on young age. Both on 50k but with great value, especially for hybrid races.
Korosec and Rumac could be available for a very good offer. They max with very handy combos, ideal as leadouts on hilly sprints and for winning from the breakaway. They will surely have increased in their value when they max next year, so this is your chance of getting a great deal early.
Right now we are thinking about loaning out Domen Novak you'd have to pay just 15k out of his 75k wage - I'd like a nice fee in return though. I'm looking forward to hearing offers for him. At 74 Mountain 72 Hill with nice backUps & Acc he'd already be a good PCT breakaway rider. We'd need you to level him up from 3 to 4, which should be almost no problem as he is at 3.68 already.
It is very likely that Pernsteiner, Pavlic, Groselj and one of Korosec and Rumac will be sold. For Groselj and Pavlic, who are without doubt better options than any 50k rider.
For Pernsteiner we received an offer of 500k, which on this market is an okay price we'd be willing to deal with. If significant interest is there, it has to come sooner than later.
For Rumac // Korosec we haven't received any offers yet. Both are not maxed out and will max at sweet stats. For Rumac f.e. it will be 71 Fl 72 Mo 75 Hi 74 Spr 76 Acc. For Korosec it would be 75 Hi 75 Spr 78 Acc. You know what that means? Low wage scorers that can win hilly sprints in PCT and CT and be great leadouts/breakaway guys in PT. Best is they are on 50k wage. We'll only sell one of them, so be quick!
For Groselj his value is between the lines. That means he'll score you minor points in hilly classics due to his sprint, in hilly stage races due to his TT, as a leadout in hill sprints or as a TTT-asset in bumpy TTs. He's the perfect teammate at just 26 years old and obviously 50k, with a ton of racedays.
For Pavlic we have had some parties interested but no deal yet. He's a real multitool with no weaknesses, excelling at stage races. 73,97 avg is as good as it can get on 50k wage, on top he's got the perfect breakaway stats to his main ability of 75 Mountain. 68 sprints means he can do it all from the break. Especially for CT he'd be a depth scoring machine, so get him now!
Pernsteiner has a leading bid of 500k. Offers need to be significantly higher.
Pavilc has a deal. Case closed.
Rumac//Korosec has had movements and enquiries for both. Leading bid is 250k on Korosec. Significantly higher offers are considered.
Groselj still has only seen interest, but not a concrete offer. We are listening to ideas still, remember that he'd surely bring depth points to teams on any level. His stat combination of hill, sprint and TT is absolutely unique and not to be found in the remaining Free Agents left, and not even close on 50k or on that young age. Get your high value young unique domestique now!

Hermann Pernsteiner and a Loan for Domen Novak are unlikely to leave at this point, thus I would not count on them as an option. Feel free to keep them in mind anyway, but Pernsteiner needs to be 500k+ and Novak needs to be a you pay 15k wage + fee and I pay 60k wage split.
Novak Loan: Yes! He is back. Things change quickly, and now we need to find a loan destination that can bring Domen Novak up to level 4. You need to pay 15k wage + fee and I pay 60k wage of his 75k total.
Remember he is easy to level up, you need to pay almost no wage and the (mandatory) fee is very modest. Also he's quite nice with 74 Mountain 72 Hill and some Acc for a level 3 guy.
