Homing in on the inital block of riders whose agents are pushing them towards pastures new, we have 4 (5 star availability) riders:

We don't expect much interest in Saulo until the first few days of FA have passed, and then people begin to realise how bargain basement his wage is for his skill-set. His low overall for a 79/81 sprinter also means that he has lots of RD's available to him. He is well suited as a lead-out in PT or PCT, or a sprint lead in his own right in CT (just check the stats of some of the sprinters hoovering up ranking points in CT last year for comparison!). Savvy managers might even pick up on this ahead of time, and secure a good deal.

Tyler's agent has indicated that he is particularly interested in potentially joining a CT organisation, and with a number of North American candidates, perhaps he will get lucky. For ISA - Hexacta he fell down the depth chart with the last minute signing of Murilo Affonso in the last transfer window (and whose nationality is now a better fit!). In his one C2 outing last year, he nabbed 10th at the Sakartvelo Trophy, immediately highlighting his reliability as a rider; and on minimum wage now to boot! Top 20 (18th) at the prestigious Tour of America 21-day extravaganza while sacrificing his own ambitions for his team leader also highlights this is a guy you can rely on for seasons to come. Of course, as with his time with our organisation, he is also a reliable domestique who has the ability to accrue points here and there throughout the season if his skill-set and minimumwage attracts interest from PT/PCT - a guy who can handle 3 GT's and more in a season no problem!.

As you can see, Sven is a TT specialist with a minor in flat-beastiness! Like Saulo Lay, we reckon it will most likely be a little later in transfers when the PT teams start trying to finalise their TTT line-ups that Sven will start hitting multiple people's radar.

Evgeny may not be a master of any, but he is most certainly a jack-of-all-trades swiss-army knife style bike rider. Dual NC on Road and TT, he can slot in as 4th/5th man on any roster on multiple terrains - hills, TT, cobbles. For teams in any division looking to keep their roster honed down to the rider minimum, this guy is a god-send. In fact as I write this, I'm re-considering whether his availability is in fact 5-star. Will sleep on it and perhaps reconsider!
ISA - Hexacta have two valued team members who are looking for a PT loan arrangment to finalise their development. Both are already part way to max (4.23 and 4.12), so less of a burden during intricate race planning than necessarily need be.

Abou is a punchy cobbler, and current Ivory Coast RR NC. As you can see from the preponderous of colour in his stat block, he is quite well developed all-round for a level 4 dude. Whether your a PT team that focuses on the cobbles, or one of those who has to strong-arm 6 riders on the bus to the Belgian races, Sanogo can do you a good turn throughout the season, and is competent enough on other terrains to also pull his weight away from the northern classics.

Jhonatan is a puncheur who also is familiar with the TT bike. As a PT-style breakaway rider, his decent sprint might also come into play during the season. Similar to Abou, Restrepo has a colour packed stat block, again indicative of being one of the stronger lvl 4 riders in this seasons graduating class, hence capable of supporting his team leaders across a variety of terrains.
In general our preferred approach is to do a 50/50 wage split, but open to discussion of alternative arrangements. For those looking to run a lean 20/21/22-rider squad, these guys offer good versatility, and for a visionary willing to taken on both, basically provide 2 riders for the wage cap cost of 1 basic FA. Many teams in PT already have full wage domestiques onboard who are not intrinsically better bike riders than this duo, so we hope they attract some interest!
Loans across all divisions considered
Additionally, ISA - Hexacta have lower level riders whose development may be best served on loan for the 2019 season. Arrangements with teams in all divisions considered. Wage share/fee payment to be negotiated. Full stat blocks in the image with the initial post at the top of the page for those who are interested:
Level 3 riders looking to get to lvl 4+:
Ethiopian stage racer Getachew Sendeku (XP 3.67)
South African Flat/TT'r Nicholas Dlamini (XP 3.50)
Level 2 rider looking to get to lvl 3+:
Colombian mountain goat Daniel Felipe Martinez (XP 2.25: Still Avenir eligible).
ISA - Hexacta are pleased to announce that level 4 development riders, Abou Sanogo and Jhonatan Restrepo appear to have successfully secured loan berths for the 2019 season with a top PT outfit. We thank the other managers who expressed initial interest in one or other of these riders, but managment were quick to shake on a deal when the offer fitted directly with our desired contractual conditions. We are sure that both parties will benefit greatly from this collaboration..
Full terms and conditions will be released to the press in due course (read: sometime after the deal confirmation window opens!).
ISA - Hexacta are delighted to announce that all of our development (unmaxed) riders have now found loan deals for the 2019 season. This was a primary obejctive for the season, so we have now achieved this goal.
We thank our partners T-Mobile (Sanogo and Restrepo), as previously announced. Daniel Felipe Martinez will spend the season witht Swisslion Cycling Team. Aegon-Lavazza host both Nicholas Dlamini and Getachew Sendeku.
In other transfer related news, Tyler Brandt has now left our organisation after striking a deal with new CT outfit Glanbia Foods Cycling Project.
New transfer threads will be appearing soon highlighting the availability to market of Saulo Lay, as previously announced herein, and a new rider now being offered to the market, punchy sprinter Heiko Redecker for those looking for something a little bit different to spice up their roster!
