Hello....i'm norwegian and new at this forum.
My question has probably many answers, but i ask it anyhow.
There are so many db's , but witch one is the best ??

Excactly what graphical elements do you mean?
There's correct team jerseys for all teams (including the 9 new ones) and national champion jerseys for a lot of teams too.
