does anybody know how to make a sheet which is gonna say how many atribute points are added to each category(flat, hill, stamina sprint etc) when i train my raiders on flat, hill, TT etc...
...is the gain of this points same for all riders, or does it depend on the stars which every rider does have?
...or its just random?
...i have a sheet(link is below) for PCM 2007 but will be the gain of the points be the same in PCM 2008?, how can i test it?...are this points supost to be gained for a period of one seasons?

I'm pretty sure this hasn't changed from PCM07 to 08.

That sheet is what I've been using but Eyolfur seems to suggest that may not be the case anymore in this thread:
