in 2018 t.dumolin kinda trashed froome
in giro tom took time to froome in multiple stages while froome atacked in one stage having 34 sec lead in top of montain and tom loose time on downhill like a minute and it kept loosing on next climb
in tdf same year tom 2nd place,froome 3rd place
tom didn't had a team to compete against sky,literally sunweb didn't had really good climbers compared to the sky train which makes tom better than froome in 2018
this game it's called tour de france 2019 and doesn't have giro or vuelta so the results from tdf2018 matters for this game,thomas trashed everybody in tdf 2018

next year in video game tdf2020 the stats of rider will be taken after tdf2019 meaning bernal,pinot will have the highest climbing,then thomas and alaphilippe will be the new valverde(like 78-79 mon 83 hill)
