Material Problems....Stucked in Menu

Hello... I Have a Problem with the Developement-Menu. I have no(!) Permission to Develope, but i have to choose an option. So i'm stucked in the menu. There is no possibility out. I searched via Lachis Editor for the Brand and Material Menu, but cannot find anything to solve. Any suggestions?
