How do you use different Velodrome's from that pack?

Open the .rar-file with WinRAR. Open NextGen_Velodrome, and you will see a bunch of velodromes available. Choose the one you like and move the Blocs-folder to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager)
