My name is Alex, I live in Baia(baia means bath in romanian ) Mare, from Romania.
I am pasioned by a lot of sports but since 2005 cycling is my favourite.
I remember how i started watching... it was the 4th stage of the Tour de France 2005 and i had nothing to do because i wanted to go to my grandparents and I was waiting for my father to take me and i saw on eurosport bikers going on bikes. I really like the commentators how the talked, they are the greatest of the world, Radu Naom and Radu Banciu.
From football my favourite team is Chelsea and my favourite cycling teams are Discovery, Rabobank and Caisse d'Épargne, my favourite cyclist are Alberto Contador, Dennis Menchov, Oscar Freire, Alejandro Valverde, Oscar Pereiro Sio and Tom Boonen.
I am 14 years old and i joined yesterday .
I really like the forum and the people in it.
So... HI to everyone!

close. that translates to "hallo (this isn't a word) how is you?"
usually we just say "como estás", as you said. only in spanish it's "esta" (no s)
all in all, pretty close
as for the original poster:
HI!! welcome

you should understand a bit. Romanian, spanish and portuguese all come from latin, so...
if it looks like you can guess what it means...you probably can. just like we Iberian guys can with romanian!
