Under 23 Races Discussion

This management game season there are 3 Under 23 races (Not including the World Championships):
U23 Paris -Roubaix
U23 Liege-Bastogne-Liege
Tour de l'Avenir
The favourite for Paris-Roubaix is Geraint Thomas havign finished 8th in the Eliter Paris-Roubaix. Geraint Thomas's competition will come from Frederik Nolf (Festina), Jerome Baugnies (Erste), Jempy Drucker (B&O), Damien Gaudin (Mapei), Adam Blythe (Procycling) and Pieter Vanspeybrouck (Carlsberg). Pieter Jacobs (Fed-Ex) would have been competition had he not instead been riding in the Jacksonville Cycling Classic.
The favourite for Liege-Bastogne-Liege is U23 World Champion Edvald Boasson Hagen but he will race tough competition from Robert Gesink, the Tour de l'Avenir 2008 champion who will be competing in his final U23 race. Also worth looking out for are Dmitri Claes (Domina), Ivan Rovny (B&O), Ben Hermans (Wikipedia), Daniel Martin (Procycling), Tejay van Garderen (Carlsberg) and Rigoberto Úran (Domina).
Later in the season comes the Tour de l'Avenir and presuming that they are not riding in the Volta Portugal or Eneco Tour, these riders will be the favourites:
Aleksandr Pluchkin (B&O), David Abal (Credit Lyonnais), Sergio Luis Henao Montoya (Carlsberg), Jaime Suaza (Nintendo), Florentino Marquez (Benfica), Rigoberto Úran (Domina), Ricardo van der Velde (Magenta), Peter Stetina and Thomas Peterson (Slipstream).

The whole reason it hasnt been raced is because of the hassle it would be to make the startlist. If I made the startlist, I would race it, but why bother makign a startlist for it when in reality, Avenir is the only U23 race anyone cares about.

I do have the top-favourite for the race in my line-up, but if it's hassle and the best thing will be to skip it, then it's totally okay with me too.

Teams with more than 9 U23 riders will be able to make their own selections. That will include B&O
