Samoa, San Marino and South Korea were forced to host their flat national championships together due to budget cuts. However, with the travel cost I don't think that worked out too well.

Gyung Gu Jang wins the race and the South Korean Championship! Darren Young wins the Samoan Championship, Federico Olei the Sanmarinese Championship!

No star time trialists amongst the eight participants. South Korea possibly the closest, the other two have stand-out favorites.
Jung finishes in 1h14'02, let's compare that to his Korean rivals.
Jang nine seconds slower at split one, three second ahead at split two, four seconds behind at split three. At the finish line it turns back into nine seconds ahead. One of them was very inconsistent today.
Something Min fails to take advantage off, losing a minute to the both of them. Jang wins the TT and the RR.
Maccagli easily the fastest from San Marino, nearly three minutes faster than Scarponi and also fastest overall.
Young falls seven seconds short of Maccagli's time, but is much faster than Afoa. He also takes the double.
