Thai National Road Race Championship
The championship of Thailand. A route was drawn which favors the puncheurs.
Breakaway caught on the flat section before the climb. The professionals are ready for action.
A SPAR train forms up the mountain: Sirironnachai - Liphongyu - Boonratanathanakorn. Who can catch them?
Defending champion Chawchiangkuang can, and attempts to drop them as well. This only succeeds for Liphongyu, the other two follow his wheel.
The three will sprint. Two SPARs versus a Diesel, with the Diesel getting a head start.
That wasn't enough, as Sarawut Sirironnachai overtakes him to win the Thai Championship.
Rank Name Team Time 1 Sarawut Sirironnachai SPAR - Shimano - SCG 2h15'50 2 Peerapol Chawchiangkuang Diesel Development Team s.t. 3 Thurakit Boonratanathanakorn SPAR - Shimano - SCG s.t. 4 Nawuti Liphongyu SPAR - Shimano - SCG + 15 5 Thanawut Sanikwathi Carrefour - ESPN + 51 6 Patompob Phonarjthan SPAR - Shimano - SCG + 2'36 105 Setthawut Yordsuwan Wiesenhof - Andritz + 3'33

Thai National Time Trial Championship
SPAR has one, can they take the second Thai NC as well? They have the best time trialist on paper in Liphongyu.
Sirironnachai is not bad either and in great form given his RR win. He stops the clock in 1h12'14.
Yordsuwan opens one second faster. At checkpoint two the roles are reversed, Sirironnachai one second faster. Equal in time at checkpoint three. And at the finish line, one second in favor of Sirironnachai!
Finally, the favorite himself. Liphongyu is faster at every split, gaining about ten seconds each time. 1h11'33 is the winning time.
SPAR has the double and a 1-2, Nawuti Liphongyu is time trial champion of Thailand.
Rank Name Team Time 1 Nawuti Liphongyu SPAR - Shimano - SCG 1h11'33 2 Sarawut Sirironnachai SPAR - Shimano - SCG + 41 3 Setthawut Yordsuwan Wiesenhof - Andritz + 42 4 Thanawut Sanikwathi Carrefour - ESPN + 1'41 5 Thurakit Boonratanathanakorn SPAR - Shimano - SCG + 2'09 6 Peerapol Chawchiangkuang Diesel Development Team + 2'28 7 Patompob Phonarjthan SPAR - Shimano - SCG + 3'29
