Israeli National Road Race Championship
Fablok dominates the startlist in Israel with five participants, but will they also take the victory?
On this hilly course, there was a breakaway consisting of only amateurs. They were caught with ten kilometer to go.
Reigning champion Shapira attacks, drawing a response from Sagiv, Margaliot and Eliad.
Sagiv and Margaliot make their way back to Shapira, but then he attacked again and they have to start over. Eliad now with teammate Cohen further down the road.
Sagiv gives it everything, bringing the gap down from twenty to fifteen at one point, but now it's increasing again.
Idan Shapira wins the Israeli Championship and gets to keep his jersey. Margaliot makes it a Fablok 1-2 after wheelsucking Sagiv the entire climb, but obviously he wasn't going to chase his teammate.
Rank Name Team Time 1 Idan Shapira Fablok - Bank BGZ 2h44'32 2 Ran Margaliot Fablok - Bank BGZ + 11 3 Guy Sagiv Team Puma - SAP s.t. 4 Noam Cohen Fablok - Bank BGZ + 1'01 5 Daniel Eliad Fablok - Bank BGZ s.t. 6 Omer Goldstein Andorra Project - InGamba + 2'51 7 Aviv Yechezkel Valio - DeLaval + 5'57 54 Roy Goldstein Fablok - Bank BGZ s.t.

Israeli National Time Trial Championship
One of the more predictable events, Roy Goldstein a clear cut above the rest.
Roy, on the left, about to overtake his brother Omer, who started ahead of him and will finish second in the race at 3'38. I bet he has to hear this story at birthdays for the next few years.
Roy Goldstein wins the Israeli Time Trial Championship ahead of younger brother Omer and Yechezkel.
Rank Name Team Time 1 Roy Goldstein Fablok - Bank BGZ 1h08'32 2 Omer Goldstein Andorra Project - InGamba + 3'38 3 Aviv Yechezkel Valio - DeLaval + 4'19 4 Ran Margaliot Fablok - Bank BGZ + 4'30 5 Idan Shapira Fablok - Bank BGZ + 5'17 6 Daniel Eliad Fablok - Bank BGZ + 5'28 7 Noam Cohen Fablok - Bank BGZ + 5'44 8 Guy Sagiv Team Puma - SAP + 5'55
